RETURN&REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with INFINITY KAPDEWALA . We take great care in packaging and delivering our products safely. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
Returns, replacements, or refunds are ONLY applicable in the following situations:
- The product is received physically damaged.
- The product is defective or faulty.
- The product is damaged during transit and the damage is evident upon delivery.
- The wrong product has been delivered due to an error from our side.
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Dislike of the fragrance, scent, or product performance.
- Incorrect selection made by the customer.
- Products that have been opened, used, sprayed, altered, or tampered with by the customer.
- Minor differences in colour, appearance, or packaging that do not affect the product's functionality.
- Any issue reported without the required video evidence.
2. IMPORTANT — Record an Unboxing Video
For your protection and to enable us to verify any damage or defect, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for every damage/defect claim.
The video must:
1. Start before opening the outer package.
2. Clearly show the package from all sides, including the shipping label.
3. Show the condition of the package before it is opened.
4. Clearly show the complete opening of the package.
5. Show the product and any damage or defect clearly.
6. Be continuous and unedited, without cuts, pauses, or alterations.
Claims without valid unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
We strongly recommend recording the complete unboxing process in one continuous video.
3. DO NOT ACCEPT A DAMAGED OR OPEN PACKAGE
PLEASE INSPECT THE PACKAGE BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY.
If the outer package appears:
- Opened or tampered with
- Torn or severely damaged
- Broken or crushed
- Wet or otherwise compromised
- Showing signs that the product may have been removed or damaged
DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.
If possible, please ask the delivery person/courier to mark the shipment as damaged/tampered with or refuse the delivery.
Once a visibly damaged or opened package has been accepted, it may become difficult for us to establish when or how the damage occurred.
4. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective despite the package appearing intact, you must contact us within [24/48] hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the package and product
- Complete, continuous unboxing video
- A clear description of the damage or defect
Our team will review the submitted evidence and determine whether the claim qualifies under this policy.
5. Verification & Resolution
After receiving the required information, we may investigate the issue with our packaging and shipping partners.
If the claim is approved, we may provide, at our discretion:
- A replacement product; or
- A refund of the eligible product amount.
The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and availability of the product.
6. Product Condition for Approved Returns
Where a return is approved, the product must be returned in the condition specified by our team.
Products that have been used, emptied, altered, damaged after delivery, or tampered with by the customer may not qualify for a return or refund.
7. Refund Processing
Once an eligible refund is approved, the refund will be initiated through the applicable payment method.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
8. Important Notice
UNBOXING VIDEO IS YOUR PROOF OF CONDITION AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
Therefore, customers are strongly advised to record the entire unboxing process without interruption.
DO NOT ACCEPT AN OPEN, TAMPERED, OR SEVERELY DAMAGED PACKAGE.
